For owner and CEO Carlton McLellan, it’s been a long process to make his dream come true.
“We started about four years ago. It’s 2017 to be exact. Excited about what’s happening downtown, always owning a coffee shop and doing something here for the local community I was looking for a space here downtown because I wanted to do it. “
The vacant warehouse was promising and McClellan was ready to change space.
“We happened to come across this old warehouse space where we are sitting now. It was just big, old, vacant, ugly and awkward. We expected the warehouse, but soon I saw an open and airy space that could be stamped and turned into what we call a relaxed urban industry, “said McClellan.
This space was used for small events such as poetry slams. Today, its full purpose is realized as a coffee shop.
“We specialize in African coffee. We specialize in roasting — we roast our own coffee … and also my own, which I call” craft coffee “. I’ll come up with it, “said McClellan.
Vibe Coffehouse and Cafe also offers food menus such as ham and turkey, salami and cheese, ham and cheese, beef and cheddar.
“I love delicious deli sandwiches, and I think many people do,” McClellan said.
According to McClellan, this business is about three things.
“Vibe Coffeehouse and Cafe is about bringing a really fun place to the community and bringing great coffee to the community, but at the same time teaching the community and discussing other parts of the world through coffee as a global product,” says McClellan. rice field.
